Les indicateurs de WPShop

Le stockage

Les indicateurs sont enregistrées dans la méta « _tm_wpshop_ask_ids » dans la table wp_options de votre WordPress.

C’est un tableau contient seulement les ID des commentaires des clients WPShop

Nouvelle notifcation d’indication

Lorsqu’un client WPShop effectue une réponse dans un point, nous ajoutons au tableau « comment » l’ID de sa réponse (comment_id de WordPress).

Gestion des notications d’indications

• Supprimer la tâche
• Archiver la tâche
• Compléter le point contenant la réponse
• Supprimer le point contenant la réponse
• Répondre au commentaire (par un administrateur)
